Hansa Green Tour to promote clean & green technology

The Hansa Green Tour 2012 is an international business networking event with matchmakingprogramme for sustainable entrepreneurs and policymakers who want to do business in The Netherlands and Germany.

Central theme in 2012 is Sustainable City.

Participants drive with their own, environmental friendly cars from Groningen Airport Eelde (NL) to Hamburg, the economic metropole in northern Germany.

Allowed vehicles are hybrid and electric cars, natural gas and/or biofuelled cars (bioethanol or biodiesel). 

Objective of this event:

To stimulate international and crossborder cooperation in sustainable developments, establish new contacts, facilitate matchmaking for all participants that want to do business with potential trade partners in The Netherlands and Germany. For that purpose several interesting projects, companies and/or organizations are visited along the route and networking lunches and dinners are being organized.
