Hansa Green Tour to promote clean & green technology

The Hansa Green Tour 2010 is a new business networking event to promote clean and green technology. A new touring trade mission to establish new contacts in The Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Meet the national clean tech organisations, visit the so-called ‘Green Capitals of Europe’ and learn from best practices in those cities that take the lead in sustainability.

In 7 days teams will drive by car from the Netherlands to the Green Capitals Stockholm (first winner 2010), Hamburg (winner 2011), Copenhagen and Oslo. In these cities matchmaking events will be organized to promote green mobility, renewable energy, sustainability initiatives and innovative technology. Participants can present themselves in 5 countries, meet with top industry decision makers, gain international media attention and find new clients.

Along the route several interesting projects will be visited such as the german Klima Centre, Cleantech Ostergötland, Future Valley Borlänge, Sweden Green Tech Building and Hammerby Sjöstad, Stockholms new exciting city district as most eco-friendly city model*. In Oslo participants will take part in the North European Renewable Energy Convention, a leading meeting place for the renewable energy sector.

By participating in this 7 days event and spend good quality time together in a sportive way, true friendships arise and long lasting business relationships can be established.

The Hansa Green Tour is an initiative from the Hansa Green Tour Foundation and organised by Hanze Development and Aiesec in close collaboration with the national clean tech organizations, partners and sponsors. The event is open for entrepreneurs, businesses, policymakers and knowledge institutions that are involved in clean & green technology.
