Hansa Green Tour Foundation

The Hansa Green Tour Foundation is founded to increase awareness regarding available sustainable technology and know-how in Europe. To learn from 'best practises' in those cities and regions that take the lead in sustainability.

The foundation sees it as one of her important tasks to connect the national cleantech organisations in Europe to make the already  available technology and know-how in Europe accesible to interested parties and so contribute to prevent that the wheel is re-invented at several places in Europe.

It is for this reason that the Hansa Green Tour Foundation organises a unique business networking event to the so-called 'EU Green Capitals' , the green capitals of Europe. These are those cities that have been and/or will be apointed by the European Union as being the most sustainable capitals of Europe.

Stockholm is the first city to carry this prestigious titel of environmental capital of Europe in 2010. This city will therefore play an important role is this first edition of the Hansa Green Tour 2010.
